This will ship as raw & unfinished but is very presentable as-is, you may also prep and paint as desired. This is an easy-to-install, pop rivet-in or glue-in insert and not for a functional flapper, 3 plastic rivets are included with the purchase. Another product we have developed and use in our own restorations.
